If you have version 118 and MAME sugguest with a version of MAME32. Look here: http://mamedev.org/release.html
thats the main view download MAME. Mame0118s.zip 12,710 Download the source (you unzip it, if you want it, from drive C:, D DRIVE, etc. ....
But MAME32 go here: http://mame32fx.altervista.org/download. ... And the source code for 0.118u4 MAME32FX download. (Excerpt of just downloaded and extracted)
Set the ROM that was previously in the folder in the directory MAME ROMs available for download (see here http://www.geocities.com/mamehelp/)
Start the emulator MAME32FX (on their windows and find his game in the list, and click from there Doubble)
You should read everything you can about MAME, because it has a lot to learn, the most of this emulator ProFormance ..

Medium MAME Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator, and can be found in http://mamedev.org/ 've never used it myself, I can not give advice on how you use it ... There is a FAQ and other documents on the website, but perhaps a little help will be there.
