Start rate for BSN RN in north jersey? - nursing homes in new jersey

Does anybody know how the initial interest rate of RN BSN here in North Jersey? A nursing home sponsored my arrival here in the U.S. and now I have my license, I am ready to work.

I work in Central New Jersey and I make $ 29.75 to start, which is above average. Most places will start anywhere from $ 26.00 to $ 32.00 per hour. I think that nursing homes not only pay, and hospitals. You can to collect some for the duration of stay in hospital if you need more money. Good luck and welcome!
